Looking to control pool/spa light with iPhone

Hi all,
I just had a new pool built, and the pool and spa lights have each a push-button light switch. Of course, I would love to automate these so that I can control them with my iPhone. The attached picture shows what the buttons look like. I think they look like a X10 switch, but I am not sure.

can you recommend a replacement switch that will work with IOS and possibly homekit? I have been looking at the Insteon hub, but I honestly don't know what sort of switch I would have to buy to replace these?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Any reason you need specifically to control the switch? Phillips Hue is compatible with iphone/homekit and will let you do exactly what you want. Just leave the switch on and control the bulbs directly. If you really need a switch, most switches will work with iOS but not homekit.

Are you talking about the lights IN the pool and spa? If so then Hue won't work. I'm not familiar with what those switches are , but seeing the informational sticker above them for breakers I'm wondering what you have going on there. My suggestion would be to contact whoever installed your equipment and ask them what you can replace those with . If any 120v switch can be used , for simplicity without a hub , take a look at Belkin Wemo switches .

Why would the installer use x10 switches on a new installation? I have a few and use them but they are essentially obsolete. Part of the reason is that they do not work with low wattage bulbs. So they won't work with LED bulbs as a general rule. What bulbs are used in your pool and spa? Traditional bulbs are 300-500 watts. Most new installs are using LED bulbs. I replaced my pool light last year with an LED bulb. This one:https://www.1000bulbs.com/product/99345/HALCO-80134.html

I have a Wink hub that I bought when they were practically giving them away so I plan to use a compatible switch which will give me control with my phone. Something like this: http://www.amazon.com/2gig-WD500Z-1-Z-Wave-Dimmer-White/dp/B00E1OVFAK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1455511218&sr=8-1&keywords=wink+dimmer

Belkin Wemo would also work. You don't need a hub. http://www.amazon.com/WeMo-Enabled-Electronics-anywhere-Compatible/dp/B00BB2MMNE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1455511338&sr=8-1&keywords=belkin+wemo
