Try Extron MLC 104 IP Plus or MLC 226. Software if free on there site and anyone can call for support. No username or password needed and you don't have to be a dealer. AMX and Crestron customer support is for dealer only, and same goes for their software. Sometimes Support is more important then looks. It just has to work, be simple and reliable. Also both models you can log in remotely and use the webpage GUI to control the system.

O, with GC software that's used for Extron controllers, you don't have to program anything, it's configuring only. What does that mean? It means you don't have to be a programmer and don't need to learn new code.
