I own a Cowon D2 which in my newer car I simply plug an 8mm mini-jack plug into the Aux port in my center console and voila I can play music from my car speakers.

However, my older vehicle doesn't have such a port option, so I'm wondering what is the best type of method/product to connect the Cowon D2 so that I can listen to music from it over my vehicle's speakers?

Ideally, I don't want to use a wireless option unless it can assure of good sound quality, as the ones I've tried in the past that were wireless had greatly diminished sound quality.

Does it have a cassette deck? If so, you can find cassette adapters that you plug your player to.
Does it have an AUX option? If so, there may be RCA inputs on the back. An RCA to 8mm female adapter would do the trick.
Neither available? Look for an FM transmitter. Hopefully the head unit has an FM radio.
