Big Lots has an Access (they make CECBs also) 7" LCD for $40 !
This is the lowest price I have ever seen for an LCD.
Unfortunely this is the last day of the sale.

Be forewarned if it doesn't have a MDTV tuner. Without such a tuner reception can be very spotty if the antenna or TV is moved in the least.
Personally if it doesn't have such a tuner I'd pass but it's your call

The least expensive true mobile TV's I've seen run about $100, so you can't expect this one to be like that.

Won't those require a special broadcast for mobility or am I missing something?

No, you didn't miss anything.

The station(s) have to be transmitting the mobile DTV signal first. In many parts of the country, it hasn't been started.

Most major markets have at least one or more stations broadcasting MDTV but it's not all by any means.

Excellent link for future ref, thanks! Hopefully the competition will cause more stations to join in.
