creative roar is it worth it?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a bluetooth speaker for my dad, which he needs to take outdoors.
Was looking at a 100$ price tag, and the best bang for the buck.

I was ready to spend for the soundlink mini 3 until I saw this deal on creative roar for 100$
Also these xiaomi ones are also nice for about 35$,

Please advice
1) Is the roar for 100$ a steal deal?
2) Should I save that money and get the xiaomi ones? or should I just spend another 70$ and get the soundlink mini 2?

Do not buy the SoundLink mini. Just my opinion, but I begged my aunt to let me buy another one and she got it anyway. My girlfriend's $60 Anker speaker has gotten a better review than the Soundlink Mini from four different people, so just throwing that out there for your consideration.
