I'm looking for a 32" 720P LCD for my PS3 and at the moment I am leaning toward the Sony Bravia KDL-32L4000 primarily because I like how my PS3 looks on my parents' 46" Bravia. Is this a good choice? Does anyone have experience with a PS3 on this TV? I was tempted to go with the Vizio but they supposedly have a crappy warranty policy and it isn't quite as good as the Bravia. Anyway, my budget is $600 and I'd like to get the best 32" LCD I can with that.

My 360 and PS3 look great on my Vizio. The warranty policy is the same as everyone else, nothing in particular to say there. The Bravia's going to be a bit better but hardly a huge difference. L Series Bravias are not super high quality by any stretch. In fact you're probably better off with a Panasonic Viera...

With a $600 budget for 32'' 720p LCD, you really have your choice of every manufacturer. Vizio, Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, Toshiba, Sharp, etc...
Search for the several recent threads on 32 LCD's.
Also CNET reveiws several of the top contenders here: http://reviews.cnet.com/best-32-inch-hdtvs/

(Full disclosure: I have the Panasonic 32LX85 (~$500-look around) and my PS3 looks great with no lag.)

Vizio actually has an excellent Warranty policy, 1 year in home repair and zero bright pixels. Just as good as the more established names.

There was an article about Vizio's policy put out by HDGuru about 2 years ago that was wrong and outdated. They have a very solid warranty.

Skater, the Sony you mention is an entry level set with poor contrast. The best 720p LCDs are the Panny 32LX85, Samsung 450, and Sony M series.

I actually have the L series 32" that I bought for the room and it actually has great picture quality and blacks are blacks. Also the picture is stunning when set to vivid. This model gets the job done.

The Bravia L is being sold by Target on Sunday for $600, plus they give you a $100 gift card for free. Might not be a bad time to jump on it.

The Panny TC-(32 or 37)LZ800

Here some few reason:
-Best Input lag in the LCD class at ANY RESOLUTION INPUT & SETTING.
-Best viewing angle
-Good black level
-Good motion handling
-Support 24P playback
-1080P
-You can also probably throw a Wiimote on the screen & won't break.
