Well, so much for customer service at LG. After two more calls back to LG asking when I could expect the service, I was given to a supervisor who told me that my information had never been properly logged into the system, and it would take 7-10 DAYS for someone to get back to me. Well... that's just too long. My 30 day return policy to best buy is up this weekend, so I've got to take it down from my wall, box it up and return it.
PLUS, when I bought this TV, I asked the people at BestBuy and (because I wasn't convinced they knew what they were talking about) I called the LG technical service hotline to ask if I could play Divx movies on this TV. I was told that I could. But today, I'm told that I cannot.
I am one disappointed customer. Can anyone recommend a better TV?
