Thinking about a new TV, though I don't need one. Is the Vizio 65" currently on sale at Costco the current best deal if one wants

-A 4k TV with minimal bezel width that is no bigger than 62" wide and 36" high when wall mounted
-Turns on and off reliably with a Harmony remote (I don't expect to use any other internal functions)
-Doesn't spy on you
-Isn't Samsung (don't like the brand)

Or to use the thread format:

1. Budget

N/A; potential impulse-ish buy.

2. Seating distance

About 13-14'.

3. Size/placement limitations

Mounted above fireplace;
Maximum width 62" and maximum height 36"
Ideally lower weight than current LCD (~70lbs) and fits on same mounting bracket.

4. Uses and sources

All external sources (cable, Roku, AppleTV, Oppo) running through AVR; no interest in internal sources.

5. Room lighting

Well lit living room.
