Does anyone know how I can get to the service menu and/or do a full factory reset on this set [b]without[b] use of the IR remote? Something has caused the IR sensor to stop listening. I believe the TV is "stuck" in HDMI-CEC (aka EasyLink) mode, but I don't see menu options to disable it.
