Hey guys, I want to ask about the ConnectShare Movie feature on the C630/C650 sets. Are you able to stream HD mkv movies off of a portable hard drive via usb with this connection, or only certain video/audio from a thumb drive??

any help appreciated

Un55c6500 I'm able to play 1080p mkv no problems via 8g thumb drve. I don't see why not if ur external HD has it's own power supply. I duno if the tv can power one without.

Is there some sort of adapter to power the HD through an external power supply? (convert the dual-headed USB into one for power, one for signal to the TV)
