I have recently purchased a Samsung 55" UN55B6000VFUZA LED TV.
I have been having a couple of problems: Problem 1: My TV periodically blacks out for 5-10 seconds, there is no set time this happens, and also happens there is no sound as well. Had someone come out from Samsung and they replaced the main board,but they saw the screen black out as awell! Is it a HDMI issue or a Comcast issue? I had another cable co. prior to Comcast and had no issues with TV screen blacking out.Should I try component cables or what?
Last issue is I have to manually change picture size everytime TV is turned on by utilizing Comcasts menu on remote. Have to manually change to 1080I and 480! override. When TV and box is turned off and then turned on, have to manually change screen from 720P and override off to 1080I and 480I override.
Can you help
