I was hoping to get a sticky thread created for the Random Vizio Reboot problem where we can document the occurrences of the reboots and our experience with Vizio for this problem.
I have been reading about this issue for over a year across different forums and numerous threads. I have been experiencing it myself on my sv472xvt for over six months. I have gotten the same run around from Vizio on fixing the issue. Is there a legal loop hole where if you claim to know about a problem because you profess it to be a feature and working as designed you don't have to honor a customer's warranty? All I am getting from Vizio is, "it's working as designed, well not exactly as designed, but we are working on a fix in a future update with an unknown release date." And my favorite scripted answer is the "if the TV is not feeling good...". Enough is enough, I want what I paid for because I could be 100% satisfied with this TV if it weren't for this issue and Vizio's lackadaisical attitude towards it.
