Hello, I'd like to upgrade the wall-mounted LCD in my living room.

1. Budget: $3000

2. Seating distance: 14'. I currently have a 55" but I think it's too small.

3. Size/placement limitations: None really. I was thinking of getting a 65-70" and am planning to mount it on the wall.

4. Uses and sources: dvds, tv (both HD and SD), netflix, vudu. No games or 3D.

5. Room lighting. Lots of natural light, which I can partially control using blinds.

Thanks,
David

If brightness is not too much of an issue, I'd go with the Panasonic TC-P65ST50..an outstanding value for a reasonable price, with excellent colors and picture quality. Take a look at this set and see if you can find any deals for it. This review might help: http://reviews.cnet.com/flat-panel-tvs/panasonic-tc-p65st50/4505-6482_7-35118302.html

For LED's however, the Sharp LC-70LE640U is a good choice for a great price.
