Hi,

I'm looking to upgrade from our 4 year old 52" A750 to a 60-65" 3D/2D media/gaming TV. Id say, 65% of our time is spent viewing HDTV/movies via Blu-Ray, Netflix, Hulu Plus, WDTV local content and broadcast HDTV/Antenna. 34% time spent playing PS3, XBOX 360 and PC games. 1% time spent mirror/clone PC navigation. Everything will be run through a receiver, to be upgraded this year.

One other subject, I understand to be a typically discussed issue, input lag. I'm unsure what the input response time is on my A750 but it seems to be OK. Anything as quick or quicker would be fine.

Current devices

HDTV Antenna
PS3 Slim
XBOX 360 Slim
Wii U (soon)
Apple TV
WD TV Live
HTPC/Gaming PC
Macbook Pro Retina (HDMI/Airplay)
Denon 2310 CI (upgrading)

In my cart now

Sony HX929
Sony HX950
Samsung ES8000

Hoping to find a good Black Friday deal, my budget is between $1000-3000.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!!

Gotcha

Well, after spending hours today reading countless reviews and buying guides, it looks like I am switching gears to plasma. Of course, my only concern being static images but as my usage is only around 35% in that area, I should be fine.
