Got this TV last night after I discovered that my RCA had damage from shipping. Took it back and paid a little more to get the LG. I've searched for a topic on it and haven't seen one.

Through my searches I have read that borrowing calibration settings from others isn't ideal, but I'm so new to this it would really help if I could get someone to post theirs as a starting point.

The TV does have the Picture Wizard and I tried it, but when I was done everything was really dark so I know its something I did wrong.

Thanks in advance for any information you have...

Sorry, I can't help you with calibration, but how is the TV? I am looking at getting this model and would love to hear some thoughts on it.

So far its much better than the RCA I had...I've tried playing with the settings but haven't had much luck. I'm sure when properly calibrated this TV would look even better.

I might just have to try that Disney WOW disc I've read about...

I've been doing some additional research since purchasing this TV today and it appears this is one of the only major issues. While I can't confirm this info, some posters have said LG stated the factory setting is set to low with no options to change it. LG claims 120 Hz Trumotion but the blur is comparable to some 60Hz TVs. I haven't played any games or watched any sports so I can't say how bad it is from my point of view yet. If the blur is bad enough I will be returning the TV soon.
