I am almost convinced I want to buy the 850 however I am not sure if I should get the Panasonic TC-P55VT50. Or perhaps something better than the two within a budget of 2500. I have heard that the Panasonic is considered the best picture quality, however I am worried about the risk of IR because I watch mostly sports and play first person shooter games.

I probably wont use 3D that often, maybe avatar for the hell of it. Any suggestions? Thanks.
