Hi, first excuse me my english, my first language is spanish

I installed on my TV a new firmware by USB port, but I made the mistake of installing a firmware version for M2762D, I have a M1962D mad.gif

The TV works, but nothing is visible, channels tv can hear, I can change channels, change volume, ... but I see nothing, no menu or anything,
To repair, I tried to upgrade by USB with a newer firmware version for my exact model, so that updates automatically when switch on the tv but does not update anything.
I tried the option of "Restoring the TV's original firmware" does not work.

How I can relive my television? perhaps by serial port? any help is welcome, thanks.
