Can someone explain me what is Samsung Clear Motion Rate? If a TV is rated as 100Hz CMR then does it really 100Hz or just 50Hz?

Similarly what is Samsun Motion Plus Rate?

Got another question that If am watching a 2D movie on 200 CMR TV like 32EH6030 then will I constantly get 200CMR or 200CMR will only effect on 3D and 100CMR on 2D content?

You'll get 200/240 CMR on 2D only when the option [LED Motion Plus] = backlight led scanning set [on].
3D doesn't work with 200/240 CMR as the option [LED Motion Plus] is grey out.
Panel's eh6030 native freq is 120Hz.
