Hello AVS Forum members,

I have a Toshiba 55UL605U and it recently lost about a square inch of pixels in the top-left portion of my screen. Is this even repairable or worth getting repaired by a tech? I can post a picture if necessary.

Yes, with a new panel.

That depends, how old is the tv? You are probably going to end up putting about 2-300 for a new panel.

TV is 2 years old... It is a 55" but at the same time I know it's on the mid/lower end of spectrum. Comparable TVs even from Toshiba are selling for 200 more than I paid for it.... Tough call for 1 inch of screen.
