*update*

I decided to jump ship on my 65X900A because of the whole lack of 4K streaming content without having the need to spend another $700 on extra hardware. Thankfully I was able to find a buyer for my Sony and I bought a Samsung UN65HU8550 instead. Talk about a night and day difference. Plus having the ability to stream some 4K content from Netflix is better than none at all while using the Sony.

The Samsung also seems to 4K upscale much better than the Sony did. I'm happy.

Of course it does, otherwise you'd be unhappy

Happy Thanksgiving!

Anybody know what is done to the TV for the HDMI 4 upgrade?

How much room around the back does one need to do the job?

Thanks

Wow.

I better make some room for tomorrow around the TV area to allow access.

Thanks for the Link.

Hey folks. Been awhile.

FWIW, Sony sneaked in an update somewhere that completely addressed my 4k media server X1 HDMI 2 sound issues. Haven't booted the thing up in awhile so I have no idea when it happened or how. Maybe this is common knowledge here - I only read back a few weeks of posts. cheers
