My daughter was watching TV, hit an unknown button on the remote and now there is no sound. The picture and everything is great. I reset the set to the factory default and reprogrammed everything. I hit the mute button and see that is not the problem. I turned the volume up and down. I unplugged the set and plugged it back in and still no sound. I think I tried just about every button to no avail. If anyone can help me with this, I'd appreciate it greatly and send you some great karma lol.

Thanks,
Donnie P.

Couldn't find the owner's manual on the Panasonic site under that model number. Usually there's a setting to disable the set's speakers if you're going to be using it with a sound system. This will either be in the audio menu or the setup menu. If you still have the manual for the set it will only take a little digging to find it, if not explore all the settings under audio or setup.

Thank you for the reply. This is a closed matter now. Finally figured out she had muted the other remote. Too many remotes with too many buttons lol.
