Hey everyone.

Anyone have some ideas on what is the best picture settings for the LG LA7400? I'm using DirecTV as provider and I have not been able to find a good setting to fully utilize the performance of this TV. I'm finding that the clarity is a bit grainy, the colors don't pop and overall, just not impressed. I"m sure it's the way I have it set up. Any recommendations would be great.

Thanks.

Hire an an ISF certified calibrator to calibrate your set or get a calibration disc to help you get good results. The spears & munsil and Disney WOW discs are both really good and are available from amazon at reasonable prices.

I don't need snobs to tell me how to think, thank you!

Why not ask your question in the LA7400 thread where there are lots of owners for this TV? Or for some reason if you are so against asking in that thread at least put your TV model in the title line.
