Yours is the non-3D model, correct?

If so, I think there might be some of the non-3D ones available.

Months after I had my board swap I woke up to new software, V1.60.10-020.0090.

My set came yesterday and it is new! I am pleased indeed! It also came with the keyboard backlit remote. However... Since I don't use Smart features, I should have kept my other remote which was also backlit but on the front where I use more of those functions. So I'm bummed about that. :-( Also the reception is much better with this TV and remote!
One thing that was also happening with my first set, it was starting to have this "bright washed out effect" when first powering on! This set does not. And I have verified all pixels are on and working from a white screen.
I'm still not hooking it up online because it looks fantastic!

Just wanted to add, I turned on my tv this morning and noticed smooth motion was on, went to check the firmware version and I received 1.60 as well.

My last summary on this tv after a board swap in Feb and last weeks firmware push I can say I'm so glad I stuck with it. After cal and tweks it's outstanding. No more motion breakup, ghosting, blooming. As vibrant as you could ask for...a year later. Still no regrets. Just my take.

Something odd and not to my liking at all on this new set... During bright or white screens, I'm seeing darker contrasting areas across the center area of the entire screen. Very subtle, but my vision is better than 20/20 so I catch everything. Any idea?

This makes sense! I woke up one day and thought something wrong with my eyes! The menu system has changed and all my saved (locked) calibration settings gone! Trying to input the old settings just doesn't look right. I have the M701d-a3 (3D) model. I have WoW but never was able to really get it looking the way it was before (I think ursa settings?)
