I have a Vizio vw42l that flashes like a stobe light. When this happens there is a flashing blue light on the master backlight inverter and a clicking noise in the center of the power supply. Pwr supply voltages all check out. Also there are two 35Volt 470 uF caps on the master and slave B L inverters that look bulged. If you touch the top of the lower cap on the master the strobing stops. I originally thought there was a cold solder joint so I resoldered the caps. This worked temporarily. I powered off after 2 hrs and powered on just to check. It was right back to where I started. What should I look for next?

Did you replace those caps? Probably less than a buck apiece.
