Don't really care about "smart" functionality or 3D at all..

Just want a good 70" tv with low latency and outstanding black levels..

I understand that Clouding/Flashlighting/Blooming is unavoidable, but I work with HD video all day, and this thing absolutely MUST have excellent blacks with few artifacts..

looking at the sony KDL-70R550A and the sharp aquos Quattron models, although I really can't tell the difference between the LE and C models, let alone the model numbers..

are the LC-70C7500U and LC-70LE757U decent sets?

What do you guys recommend?

I have an older sharp 70" 732u (2011)and its pq is amazing!! Black levels are amazing IMO.

Yes I have the ps3 and the Xbox 360 and no problems, no lag.
