I don't know my samsungs very well, but when I see things like HD ready and 1 HDMI input I'm thinking its 5-7 years old and might be only 720 p or even 480 p. if it is newer it could be a Costco model number because it only has 1 HDMI.

This is a Samsung BN68-01024E, and it is an LCD TV. Since this is an older model, you will need to contact Samsung to obtain information on it. They may even have a PDF of the manual available that they can email to you. Good luck.
