On the 2013 Samsung Smart Tvs is resetting through the service menu the only true way to wipe everything to the new just unboxed state? I know there is a master reset inside the onscreen menu system but it says it keeps your network info.

Yes that is what I saw in the onscreen menu. I wrote my post from work so couldn't remember the exact section it was under. So what is the difference between that an the service menu reset?
