So best buy had a deal on a 60 inch dynex, 580$ for a DX-60d260a13, its 120hz which is cool, but its choppy... Plus it blurs a lot during fast action sequences like hockey, and slo-mo is choppy as well..

What are some other good tvs 55"+ in the 600-700$ price range? I dont mind 120hz if it is smooth all the time...

Thanks!!

Does it have some kind of "smooth motion" setting? Do you have it on or off?

Your gonna get what you pay for, stop looking at no name brand tv's and do yourself a favor and buy a known name brand. It will look and perform much better. You can get a Panasonic S60 for around your budget and will kill any tv in that price range and more expensive ones too.

TV - Panasonic 55GT50 THX, Main Speakers - Klipsch Gallery G28's, Center Channel- Klipsch RC-52, Sub-Klipsch Sub 12, Surround - Klipsch RS-52 II Bluray/Game - HTPC/PS3, Receiver - Onkyo RC-360, HTPC- Intel Core i3, HDMI,Windows 7,XBMC,Bluray,7 TB, Video Processor -Darbee

120hz motion setting means it is actually a 60hz panel.
