Since the new Reference, P, M and E series have been announced maybe those of us with an interest can post our comment here instead of cluttering up the Vizio M series thread. At some point we can start a thread for each model.
Strange decision for Vizio to ditch 3D; I felt like they and LG had the best application of it. Can anyone confirm that the M series sets are going full-array now?

No Doubt! I'd love to do a 70" P series but I don't think it will be in my budget.
If the M 70" clocks in at $1900 I'd guess the 70" P will probably be around twice that amount since it's a 4K display but I could be waaaay off on that. Price speculation on my part probably isn't a good thing on newly released TV's.
Hopefully more info. today or tomorrow will be released by Vizio in regards to availability dates. However, the article posted above states more info. on the M series will be available later this year. That leads me to believe the E series will be released relatively soon (2-3 months) and the M series may not make it out the door until July or so, but that is pure unprofessional speculation on my part!
I don't see where it discusses 3D in the reference series on their ces.vizo.com site. Does someone have a different link? Any idea if it will be passive or active on the 4k sets (passive please!)?
Any speculation on the price for the 120" set? Or release date?
I applaud the move away from 3D. Now they can focus R&D time and money into making the image quality better instead of wasting precious resources on a gimmick called 3D.
I think they saw the handwriting on the wall for 3D and decided not to keep the dying patient on life support. 3D was always a gimmick, especially active 3D. It was the "next big thing" to try and get us to buy new TV's but it did not really work. Even after all these years, there's only a handful of titles available and they aren't exactly cheap. Now that they've got 4K as the next big thing they can let last decade's gimmick finally die out.
. $2600 for the P702ui-B3. I was figuring in the vicinity of $3500.. Guess we will find out if the article is correct as I have not been able to find prices anywhere I search.. Only found that Vizio would be releasing prices
If those prices are right, I don't know how other manufacturers are going to sell their 4K tv's. You can buy a 58" 4K panasonic for $4500 or you can buy the 60" P-series for $1799.99.
Looks like the 65" M Series is $1500 and the 65" P Series with the 4K resolution is $2200, so $700 for the additional full 4K resolution...
