Hello, 

just need a quick advice, on my one month old Sony KDL-65W850A ,

seems to me , that i can't calibrate this Tv , colours are blurry, theres no perfect face detail, sports, blurry... currently my settings are:

backlight 9

picture 90

brightness 55

color 65

hue 0

color temperature neutral

sharpness 60

reality creation manual

video area detection off

resolution 75

smooth gradation medium

motion flow true cinema

ciné motion auto

 

advanced settings:

black corrector medium

adv contrast medium

gamma 0

led dynamic control standard

auto light limiter off

clear white off

live colour low

detail enhancer medium

skin naturalizer off

 

 

 

scene select currently on sports

I would reset everything and start over. Take a look at standard and cinema. Try turning off all the processing except motion flow, cine motion and led dynamic control. Try a lower color temperature of warm1 or warm 2; give it a few days to get used to the warmer colors. If all else fails I purchased the Disney WOW calibration disk; if nothing else its easy to play with and solved my A/V sync problem.

What do you think was the cause of the bluriness with your picture?
