My thoughts exactly. Or maybe the Costco version (HU8500) is only 8-bit? The parts list for both are identical. Keep in mind I only looked up the 55" TH01 8550 which is the model I own. I haven't gone through the other sizes. I also only looked up the 65" TS01 HU9000.
