While I'm watching a program on the UN55H7150, about every two hours, the "Samsung" screensaver comes on - what setting did I miss?

This happens on my H6350, and usually if I use an app like Netflix or Plex and then switch to my cable box / HDMI 1. If I don't switch the input at all it does not happen. Weird bug, hopefully will be fixed in an update.

I have the same issue on my H6350...seems to only happen when playing games on my xbox 360 (HDMI3 port), but that may be because I'm less likely to be messing with the remote. I'm about ready to just turn this setting off, but I do like it being on just in case.

I think this happens regardless of input switching, but I'll pay more attention to that going forward to see if I notice any patterns there.

I know this is an old thread but I just bought a 7150 and also have this same screensaver issue, did you get it resolved?

Well, I am glad it is not just me. I have a new UN55H6350 and I have started seeing the same issue in just the last couple weeks. It seems like it has been since the last update. We are watching tv for a little while and then the screen saver (black screen with Samsung logo) comes on. If I just click the Source button on the remote, it goes away. Any suggestions??

Reviving this old thread again. This just started happening on my UN55H6300 since I got the 2134 update on 6-11-15. I have to press the Smarthub button on the remote to snap it out of the screensaver mode.

Anyone ever find a solution for this or just wait until Samsung decides to fix it in another update?

Upgraded from an analog tube TV (Toshiba 27") to a comparatively GIANT Samsung UN55H6300AFXZA.

I ended up contacting them about it and was given a scripted troubleshooting process that does nothing, so I just turned off the screensaver entirely. As far as I know it hasn't been fixed.
