What's the reasoning behind ACTIVE 3D needs? The passive reviews are usually the best that I've read. Vizio ended 3D so their new models have FALD "M" soon to be released "P" but they no longer include 3D. LG 79" I believe is FALD but passive 3D and Panasonic AX900 may be using LG Glass and likely passive.
Sony x950B giant may have both FALD and Active but likely is priced around $25K. Ouch!
If you want something that will BEST FALD with 4K and passive 3D the LG 65" OLED to be released in the next couple of months will be likely the best of all worlds unless you have a budget for a $20K 77" model. Good Luck!
