What is wrong with my TV?

Hello,

Just a few minutes ago I turned on my tv to play my PS3 and it's all screwed up. I am not sure exactly what is wrong but if you could kindly help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Bummr I have 40" R4 that looks kike that set working fine though what model is yours ? it could be the panel or T-Con though
Put the model in at shopjimmy.com or Google and or Ebay set model with the word t-con see what shakes out T con board sholdent be much .

You can get free repair info all over you tube and at Shop jimmy .com , that mike TV guy is just hustling cash outta folks that don''t know better screw that ! UR at AVS now we can do better than he can in this case and probably anything else he's just selling what we already know here anyway !

Grants PassTV has all those same kind of videos on You Tube For nothing ! we already know it's the panel or board $ikey ain't gonna help you with that beyond telling us what we already know !.
I was going to tell you don't listen to newbies that's usually good advise around here only thing is hammrdown's been here he shouldknow all this by now

I appreciate the information. I know either way I will have to get it fixed. It's a Sony 32" KDL 32R400A.

It sucks how my old tube tv that is twelve years old still works while a tv that is only eight months old craps out on me.

The repair should be covered under warranty.

If purchased new the warranty is 12mo. If purchase was a "refurb" or "store display model", it probably only has a 90 day warranty.

KDL-32R400A tcon and lcd panel are very difficult/impossible to find. If under warranty, Sony will end up replacing the whole Tv or offering "deal" on another Sony product.
