You can look around for somebody with the same model and maybe they will share their settings with you but that's not the best way to optimize your tv. Borrowing settings is really not recommended. Every tv is different because of component tolerances, panel type, etc. so what looks good on one tv, may look like crap on another. Besides, your viewing environment plays a role in how you adjust your tv. You can either adjust by eye, use a calibration disk to adjust your settings (it won't be a calibration but it may be all you need), hire a professional calibrator, or learn how to calibrate yourself (the equipment can be expensive and the learning curve is steep).
