Need a 42" 1080p TV, minimum gloss

hello all,

I need the biggest 1080p led/lcd tv that can fit my 40" wide cabinet, which is normally a "42 inch " tv.

Now, many manufacturers make only 40 inch, so this is limiting my choices to LG, Sharp and Vizio, as far as I know.

There is a LG 42LB6300 I am looking at, however, I hate glossy and not sure how reflective this one is. Semi-gloss is tolerable. There is also a quite inexpensive Sharp LC-42LB261U.

maybe someone with experience can recommend, even an older model that I can still buy new.
Thanks

I went to the store today.

The Sharp is the most reflective, like a mirror. The LG is a close second.

There is a Vizio 42 inch which is only semi-gloss, and looks far less annoying, although it was not as bright as all the other sets in the store.

However, I am wary about Vizios because I have heard problems.
