Are there any ~40" 4K TVs that support 4:4:4 chroma at 60Hz?

I'm looking for a 38-42" screen to use primarily as a computer monitor. I'd like it to support 3840x2160 at 60Hz with 4:4:4 chroma. I plan to get a GTX 980 to go with it.

Is there anything out there that fits the bill?

I did a bit more research and came up with a few options in case anyone else is looking for the same thing.

Seems like the main requirement is avoiding HDMI for now due to HDCP issues. Displayport 1.2 can handle 3840x2160 at 60Hz with 4:4:4 chroma.

The only issue is that there don't seem to be any Displayport equipped monitors in this size range available in the US.

The recently released in Asia/Australia/Europe Philips BDM4065UC is an option can be imported from the UK or Korea for ~$1100 USD. There is no warranty though in the US.

Another that should be released soon in the US is the Seiki 40U4SEP-G02 with planned release in Q1 2015 for
