LG 65UF6450 vs LG 65UF7700 (4K UHD)

Does anyone know what the differences are between these two LG sets? The 6450 is cheaper, and also has an amazingly low promo code price at Frye's this weekend. But LG's web site descriptions are (as is typical) very unclear as to what differences exist between the two sets.

In particular, is the panel the same (both are IPS)?

What about local-dimming (or pseudo-local dimming, as both sets are edge-lit, I believe)? Does the 6450 not have local dimming, or perhaps fewer zones?

The Tru-motion rate might be slower on the 6450, but if that's the only real difference, it seems like a great deal...

Stay away from the 6450 it is not even real 4K. Do a little searching and you will find out on that model. Honestly I would steer clear of either set, Sony or Samsung will make you allot happier at the end of the day.
