Line down edge of BD/DVD image in 1:1 pixel mapping

I have a three-month-old 55" Sony 1080p set - 55W800C. I only put my inputs on Full Pixel (i.e., 1:1 pixel mapping) so that I can get the whole image on a disc displayed. Right from the start, I noticed a vertical line near the edge of the image, primarily on Blu-rays and DVDs. This occurs more often than not when I've looked for it, no matter if it's the newest BD or what. It's either on the left or right, less often on both, a few millimeters from the edge of the display, so a bit of image is on the outside of it as well. It only appears when the edge of the image is brighter, and if it's got bright and dark areas, the line appears on the bright areas. Sometimes it is not a solid line. If I take the setting off Full Pixel and allow overscan (which I don't want to do), I believe the lines disappear. Also, this line appears regardless of the BD or DVD player used.

I'm going to try to take an up-close photo of it, but does anyone have an idea what this is, or does anyone else get it when using Full Pixel? I don't know if it's some junk that's on the edges of disc images or a processing issue.
