Help deciding Vizio P65-C1 or Sony Xbr65x930d

I was set on the Vizio P series but the Sony 930 is on sale which make it around 500 more then the Vizio. With that being said which one do you recommend and why. I like the tablet of the Vizio. I'm a gadget person. Don't care about the sound I have a Defenitive Technology sound bar and my cable company is Verizon Fios ...thanks for the input

What is your usage like? If you are heavy on movies or 4K content viewing in the dark, the I would lean towards Vizio P65. Also if gaming is high on the list for console or PC then you may want some how test it with the Sony. 50+ms input lag time can bother people for gaming. Have you read the reviews on rtings.com yet for both sets?

Had both, kept the Sony. Better colors, upscaling, motion, and (personally) the interface. No problem with gaming, and blacks stay pretty black even in dark rooms. Love it.

If you were talking 940, with FALD like the Vizio that's one thing, and I like Sony, but I'd go with the P series.

The X950B is a *fantastic* TV from a PQ perspective.

The only problem with it is a 2014 TV. That means, no HDR and no 18Gbps HDMI ports. How big of a deal that is depends on what you are planning to do with your TV but definitely something to consider.
