Any announcements for 2017 panels yet? Coming from Plasma

My Samsung 58" A650 plasma is on its last legs.

I have waited this long so I am willing to wait until 2017, but I need a 70" display that will be amazing for movies, TV, and gaming, and should support all the latest technologies well, not to mention up scaling lower quality content.

The room conditions could have some natural light as it is my family room.

Having never had a LCD, I'm a little concerned about angled viewing, or viewing from a distance as I like to be able to see the panel from the kitchen, which is the room behind the family room.

Is there anything currently out that would satisfy this, or something in 2017?

Thanks

Not really any USA 2017 announcements yet although Hisense recently announced some TV's that will come out.

Le Eco this week will announce 4 TV'S coming over to USA, but no 70" TV set. A 65" and 85" though will be sold though.

A bit premature for 2017 models. It hasn't been that long since manufacturers completed their 2016 line-up. If you can wait then do that. If you can't, the only manufactures that support ALL the latest tech is LG and Vizio because they have both HDR10 and Dolby Vision in their upper-end displays. If viewing angle is a concern then it's either OLED or an IPS panel at this point.
