Well, I've had my LT37HVS since February. I've had ZERO problems with it. This past week, when switching out cable boxes due to a DVR issue (SA 8300HD), I started getting a noisy signal on component #1. I figured the new box was the issue. I exchanged it yet again today for a new DVR. It is still noisy on component #1. I switched it to #2 on the TV, and it looks solid again. Basically, I think I messed up input #1 by not unplugging the TV when moving inputs around (one of the cardinal rules of the LT37HVS it seems).
Anyhow, I'm debating if I should bother calling for this. How has Syntax support been these past few months? Will I get a replacement TV? If so, do they cross ship? Or, will they send a tech out?
Let me say, Component #1 still displays, theres just obvious interference. I'm using thick Monster component cables for this, and they work just fine on Component #2, so I think the input is messed up.
Ugh. I hate the thought of exchanging the TV. This one has been so solid, I'd hate to go through the fiasco of receiving a lemon or something and spending a buttload in shipping charges.
