Ok, so I just recieved my tv today and I'm already running into some problems. First off I was using the component cables that came with the Scientific Atlanta 8300HD dvr from time warner and the screen was very green toned and buzzing audio. I tried both inputs. I'm not sure if it is just the cable or the reciever or what. I'll go to buy some new cables in a few minutes from Radio Shack. I got an HDMI cable and that allowed me to finally see it in proper color and no buzzing audio. I've noticed that I have to force the 8300hd to only put out 1080i otherwise when I use recorded content it goes completely blank.

A'ight, I'll let you know what happens when I get some new cables from radio shack.

*crosses fingers*

Got and HDMI and it is working well now. Also tried my xbox with its component cables and it looked fine. So, I guess it was just bad cabling or perhaps the 8300HD box has something wrong with it. Getting some new component cables and I'll report back.

btw, using it with my laptop, OMFG, I love this thing! weee!!
