I saw a Samsung 23" at Costco that fits your budget. Other brands I like are the Sharp and Sony. The Sony is ~nice~ but at twice the price. ;)

How about the Vizio L32? Close to your price. I bought the L37 for my Son's room and it has worked out very well as his computer monitor, gaming and HDTV. Worth a look and Costo's return policy can't be beat.

Raven, I recently needed a new TV for my bedroom. Started with a 26" ...way to small, returned it for a 32", big improvement however after 6 month looked too small, sold it and got the 37" LCD, vast improvement but it's only been 2 month. Moral to the story get a TV bigger then you think.

Return it ANY time for ANY reason for a full refund. Best return policy out there. Just make sure you keep the receipt.

That's a TALL order!

The PERFECT bedroom TV is the Panasonic 37PX60U, but it's above your budget. There is a Samsung 23" for under $700 at CC.

Not exactly the size you were looking for.. but I'm considering the Samsung 215TW -- as my computer is also in the bedroom. Thought this might be viable option to work as monitor and tv.
