I was wondering if I could get some opinions on these two models of tv compared to eachother?

Sony Bravia 40" KDL-40V2500 vs. Samsung 40" LN-S4095D

They are both about the same price and I was just at Circuit City and was pretty much equally impressed by both. I also saw the Sony XBR2, and that looked quite good as well... however I don't think the XBR2 will fit in my Armoire. Also, I see the XBR's have a lower contrast ratio, like 2000:1 vs. these two units at 6000 and 7000:1. How does the XBR2 look just as good with such a lower contrast ratio?

Anyway, back on topic... Anyone have any opinions on which of these two units is better? Unfortunatey I couldn't watch the same feed, as the Samsung had an Xbox hooked up to it and the Sony had it's own 1080p feed.
