I've done some research and have come up with some ways to fix my stuck pixel problem with the LCD HDTV I use (Emerson EWL3706)

Stuck Pixel
Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, White, Black an etc are stuck on the screen panel.

Dead Pixel
(this one I am up in the air)

Here is what I found that are for free to use...

JScreenFix

There is a DVD image you can download and use Nero to burn JSceenFix so you can play it on your DVD Player and leaving your LCD Panel running.

Currently testing the DVD version, let you know how it goes...

Stuck Pixel Remover Software

I did try this hooking up DELL Laptop with S-Video to my LCD 37" Widescreen HDTV , I don't have PC connections but the idea seem to find the stuck pixel. So that's how I know I don't have dead pixel as I had reported prior.

My last bet is what I am currently testing for 30 mins on my LCD to see if those tiny dots will or will not go away..

Return my LCD HDTV and replace it with that VIZIO VXL37 would be a good match.

Well I guess I'll be seeing VIZIO VXL37 in our MBR very soon... Stuck pixels are still there, but when the color matches up they're gone, in my case RED & GREEN. I did notice that colors seem brighter now, well the WIZARD of OZ was on in HD... Who would have throught back then it would be in HD one day!
