Hi everyone. Just had a few questions regarding game mode on the Sony Bravia KDL-46XBR3.

I have a PLAYSTATION3 console and play via HDMI at 1080p. I noticed all 1080p games work as normal, good response time, etc. However when I play 720p titles the response time seems to be delayed. I'm guessing this is because it is a 1080p native set. After looking around through the menus I found game mode and was pleasantly surprised when it improved the response time during 720p titles.

With that as a given (how does it improve response time?), I was wondering what else it does?

Is it still good for watching movies, mainly Blu-ray's? Or is it best to watch them off of game mode. Also, since 1080p games run fine without it, should I have it on?

Mainly I want to know everything it does and the pro's/con's. Thank you!
