I live in Mexico, and recently took a look around the local Wal-mart and found a Mitsui 32" LCD TV decently priced, and it even had a DVI connection for computers, which I found strange since budget LCD TV's almost always lack this. I came home to see if I could find information on it, but I'm having a very difficult time trying to find ANYTHING on Mitsui TV's! I'm not sure if they just don't sell them in the States or what, but I would like to find some more info on it.
I may have to go back and try and find the model number on it, that would probably help, but if anyone has an idea it would be appreciated. I've done a little research and it seems that Mitsui does work with Nuvision, which seems like a promising LCD company, but their TV's do say Nuvision on the front, although they look pretty similar. This one said Mitsui.
I'm looking for a LCD TV that I could use as a monitor. Obviously I would like to find a decent one that is 1080p, but those are severely lacking here and usually EXTREMELY overpriced (The Sharp 32" 1080p is about $1600 US at Sam's Club ).
Nope, Mitsui, unless they are the same, but I'm pretty sure not. Here are some links to (what I think are) their websites, they do talk about LCD Displays and such, but don't have any actual products listed:
