I am looking for an articulating mount for a new 58" Panasonic V10. Originally I was looking at a Omnimount, but after doing some further research it appears some of the parts to that mount are not built the best. It appears that the best choices are either a ChiefTech PNRU mount or a Sanus VMDD26. I can't find much difference between the two. My main concern is build quality and making sure the TV doesn't fall. This will be mounted on a custom entertainment center with a custom heavy duty wall built just for the mount, so it will be mounted to the wall securely. I just want to make sure the mount itself doesn't fail. Any input is appreciated.

Thanks

A simple search on this forum should provide you with the answers you seek.
If not, the example below can steer you in the right direction. Monoprice mounts are quality, and reasonably priced.

Thanks for the responses, and I did do several searches on this forum before posting and got even more confused as to which direction to head lol. I will check into the monoprice mounts, I know they have quality cables, I wasn't sure on the mounts. Also does anyone know what the difference is between the Sanus XF228 mount and the VMDD26, from what I can tell there is a 2.25 inch extension difference, other than that they look pretty similar.

Level mount from sam's club. I just installed the tilt mount and it is one heavy duty mount. They also have one that you can pull out from the wall and turn the tv left and right.

I personally went with a Vantage Point U70 mount. Can support up to 65" and 250 lbs (more than enough). The mount can be secured making unlawful removal of the TV a real chore. I liked it because it actually makes use of a mounting system that only secures to the studs. No extra plates, thus it was easy to put power outlets directly behind the TV.

thinking the VMDD is a discontinued model. Both should be great mounts. My brother-in-law has the WMDD and it is great
