Hello,

I have my my PN50C7000 for 3 weeks and love it. However, I recently bought a linkstick to connect to the internet wirelessly. My router is practically in the same room as the TV. I get the message: "unavailable due to network interference" almost every time I try to connect to netflix or any of the app when I first turn on my TV. I have to manually reenter my router password for the TV to pick up the router. Once I do that, it works. Samsung sent someone to check the TV but are saying the usual crap that it is the router not the TV etc. My insigna blu ray player on the second floor never has any problem connecting wirelessly to the router without me entering the password every time. The service tech says the board is probably defective and he is going to replace it . Anybody with a similar experience? I sure am disappointed with samsung customer service and also am wondering if my TV is going to survive after the board swap...

You need to return your linkstick and buy the newer version linkstick. I've run into this problem during installs. Find the linkstick that ends with a dash and some more numbers.

Best of luck

I have the WIS-09ABGN, which to my knowledge is the newest one. Which one do you have?

You can always go to your local Elec Retailer. Flip the over and read the back model numbers and find the one that looks like they've added numbers/letters. That's the one that you need. Samsung didn't even have that answer for me when I was in the field. Just took some trial and error.

I had similar problem with my Samsung tv and the following worked for me:
1) Turn the TV off and take the linkstick out(I have WIS09ABGN)
2) Restart the router
3) Plug the linkstick back
4) Turn on the TV
5) Set up the wireless network connection again(need to provide the pwd for router again)
6) Test the internet app
